COVID-19

To our valued customers, partners and friends:

Porter Engineering has been providing world class optimization and control products and support for 49 years.  In the face of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we want to take a moment to let you all know that we are still here continuing to operate and provide unlimited support for all of our systems currently in service with you.

Our optimization engineers, while many are working remotely from home, continue to develop and support our scanning and optimization systems.  Our PLC engineers continue to develop and provide support for our control systems as well.

Our service department is still fully staffed and available to take calls and provide remote assistance 24/7, as well as being able to provide video assistance via ZOOM (https://zoom.us/).  We do not envision this changing throughout the COVID-19 crisis. We are also, as always in contact with each other so resources are always available to provide whatever assistance is needed in any given situation, be it optimization, scanners or controls.

Our manufacturing and parts support center are currently operating so material support is also unchanged.  We have adjusted our travel policies and on site support services as per our Governments current requirements.

We hope and expect to see you all soon once this is over and stand ready to provide any assistance and answer any further questions you may have.
